Lake Wales Housing Authority hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house with interactive tours after completing the first phase of their second development, Sunrise Park. The event featured performances by the McLaughlin Middle School and Fine Arts Academy choir and Lake Wales High School Junior ROTC. Guests enjoyed a catered lunch, followed by the ceremony which included an official cake cutting.
